Is there a minimum order?

Minimums depend on your tier and on the product. They are shown next to each item in your price list.

Which countries do you sell to?

We sell to approved businesses in Egypt and abroad. Prices can be set in several currencies.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer against a proforma invoice. Depending on your account: full prepayment, a deposit with the balance before dispatch, or net terms.

Do I pay VAT?

Egyptian accounts are invoiced with VAT as required. Eligible foreign businesses can be invoiced VAT-exempt or under reverse charge once we have your tax details.

Can I see prices before applying?

Trade prices are private and shown only to approved, signed-in accounts. Retail prices are public on the shop.
